Ryan de la hoz

"Ryan's work analyzes the idea of human nature and existence. An amalgamation of his feelings about the planet,

our actions as human beings, and influences from his childhood ( everything from Ninja Turtles Ooze to his Geode

Collection ) Skeleton gloves act as artifacts of existence that once was. Ladders are swallowed up and scattered throughout

a land left behind like structures of abandoned progress. The works have a delicate balance of fragility and desolation

and lend themselves to self reflection. A bizarre and beautiful world is presented for the viewer to take in."
